Pretty alright, couple hiccups and things you could've done better but in general it's good, I like the palettes used but I think they could've been used better.
Keep making stuff and you're bound to get better.

The rest of the body is a tad hard to read but you've improved after making this as well.

I like Quincy a lot and the color work you did here is still nice and soothing, which fits the character, keep it coming!
